Hi, I’m Tara Lancaster, the founder of Tara Lancaster Virtual Assistant Services.

With over 25 years of experience in recruitment, administration, and marketing across the education, national media, and market research sectors, I understand the challenges you face. Outside of work, I enjoy running, strength training, and experimenting in the kitchen (though my baking skills are still a work in progress!). I believe in balance and understand how important it is to have the right support in place to achieve it.
